<image:title>Our Team - Becky Klemm, PT, MPH</image:title>
<image:caption>As one of the founding partners of Axis, Becky's contribution to the practice has been undeniably profound. With our utmost heartfelt gratitude we wish her all the best as she enters a new season of retirement. With that said, Becky will no longer be accepting new patients. More about her background can be read below. Becky is a native Houstonian who grew up with 3 main interests: anatomy, physics, and a desire to fix things. Physical therapy offered the perfect combination of these disciplines, and working for Texas Back Institute in the 1990s solidified a passion for treating the spine. She realized that the field of physical therapy is vast and that expertise in all areas is impossible to achieve. She decided to specialize in order to effectively treat spine patients, and has since treated spine patients almost exclusively.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Team - Lori Lemons, PT, Cert. MDT</image:title>
<image:caption>Growing up, Lori led a very active lifestyle and excelled in subjects involving math and science. After spending a day in the clinic, she fell in love with physical therapy and began pursuing this new career choice in college. She graduated with her MPT from UT Southwestern in 2001, and quickly became intrigued by the complexities of back and neck pain. In 2006, Lori received her Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute. She has collected a wide variety of experiences while practicing in DFW, Houston, and College Station. Even with her education specializing in the spine, Lori enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses across the orthopedic continuum.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Team - Cynthia Mills, PTA, LMT</image:title>
<image:caption>Cynthia is a native of Arizona who has lived a little bit of everywhere between Southern California to South Carolina and has finally settled in Texas with her family. She has spent her career as a licensed massage therapist working in a medical chiropractic setting, which built her passion for working with patients with spinal issues and the related pain they feel. Returning to school to pursue PTA has allowed her to expand her skill set and population served, thus achieving much better outcomes.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Team - Lindsey Roberson, PT, DPT</image:title>
<image:caption>Lindsey has known since her junior year of high school that she wanted to become a physical therapist, and that early spark has guided her career ever since. She earned her degree in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University in 2005, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2009. She has spent her entire career in outpatient rehabilitation, where she developed a special interest in vestibular and balance conditions. Lindsey completed the well‑known Herdman vestibular competency course and is recognized as a provider on the VEDA website. She also holds a certificate in concussion health and enjoys helping patients navigate recovery from post‑concussion syndrome.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Team - Sharon Nicholas, PTA</image:title>
<image:caption>I discovered my passion for physical therapy later in life after sustaining a neck injury and experiencing the effectiveness of the McKenzie Method firsthand. The resolution of my symptoms through targeted exercise inspired me to pursue physical therapy as a career. I began practicing in the Ohio area with a focus on orthopedics before spending five years in Spain doing mission work, where I also became fluent in Spanish. Now settled in Texas, I’m excited to return to the outpatient setting with the Axis team and help patients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Originally from Minnesota and raised in Central California, Louella has spent the last 27 years building a life and career in Texas. Her love for helping people and her early experiences as a rehab tech led her to pursue her PTA degree, which she earned from Lone Star College–Montgomery in 2002. Over the past 23 years, she has worked in many different therapy settings across Greater Houston, The Woodlands, and College Station, always bringing a caring approach and a genuine commitment to her patients’ progress.</image:caption>
