If you prefer not to use insurance to pay for your services, we offer self-pay cash rates as well.
30 minutes = $60.00
45 minutes = $80.00
60 minutes = $100.00
24-HOUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise a $50 fee will be added to your bill, due at the next time of service.
**Fees are due when billed or at next appointment, whichever comes first. Not receiving an automated text reminder will not be considered an excuse for missing an appointment**
